HEAD OF COMMERCIAL – TOGO

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and passionate person in the field of Sales with strong experience in Togo,
Benin or surrounding countries. A person looking for exciting challenges in an innovative business of E-mobility in
Africa. A person who wants to be part of those who make story and not those who listen the story. If this sounds like

Responsibilities

 Recruit, train and oversee the sales teams
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas 
• Coach sales teams on best practices for closing more deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance 
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters 
• Step in to answer customers questions and issues when required 
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales teams 
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers 
• Compile regular reports for the management to review 
• Initiate/Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities 
  (expansion, business development, …) 

• Establish and manage long-term relationship with stakeholders

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial, Finance, or a related
field
• Previous working experience as Commercial or Sales Director, at least for 4 years 
• Experience in Client Relationship Management 
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics 
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to positive influence the teams 
• Strategic mindset and a detail-oriented approach 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
• Bilingual English-French (knowledge of local languages would be an asset)
