Position Overview:
As an IOT EV/Scooter to Cloud Architect at Spiro, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing IoT solutions that connect our electric vehicles and scooters to cloud platforms. You will lead the software development team to ensure efficient data exchange, user experience enhancement, and data-driven insights for our clean energy mobility solutions.
Title: IOT EV/Scooter to Cloud Architect
Location: Pune
Reports To: [Direct Supervisor/Manager]
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design IoT solutions for data exchange between EVs/scooters and cloud platforms.
- Lead the software development team in implementing communication protocols and APIs.
- Collaborate with vehicle and hardware teams for data integrity and security.
- Define strategies for real-time data streaming, storage, and analytics.
- Develop remote diagnostics, over-the-air updates, and fleet management solutions.
- Stay current with emerging IoT technologies and best practices.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of IoT systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in designing communication protocols and APIs for IoT systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with edge computing and data preprocessing in IoT systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for IoT solutions.
- Previous experience in leading software development teams is a plus.
- AWS certification is a plus.
