Position Overview:
As an IT/Hardware Architect at Spiro, you will be a vital part of our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of clean energy technology. You will lead the design and architecture of robust IT and hardware systems to support our e-mobility technologies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of hardware components, evaluate and select optimal hardware components, and ensure compliance with industry standards for reliability and safety.

Reports To: [Direct Supervisor/Manager]
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of robust IT and hardware systems to support e-mobility technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Evaluate and select optimal hardware components, considering performance, cost, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for hardware reliability and safety.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the hardware engineering team.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in IT and hardware technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, digital and analog circuitry, and microcontroller systems.
- Familiarity with battery management systems, power electronics, and hardware integration.
- Proficiency in selecting and integrating components such as microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces.
- Experience in ensuring hardware reliability and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools and simulation software.
- AWS certification is a plus.
