Position Overview:
As a Vehicle Software Lead at Spiro, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in developing and implementing vehicle software. You will collaborate closely with hardware and other software teams to ensure integrated and optimized vehicle systems for our clean energy mobility solutions.
Title: Vehicle Software Lead
Location: Pune
Reports To: [Direct Supervisor/Manager]
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers in developing and implementing vehicle software.
- Collaborate with hardware and other software teams to ensure integrated and optimized vehicle systems.
- Participate in the design, architecture, and development of software solutions for vehicle control.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the software engineering team.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
- Contribute to defining communication protocols and interfaces for vehicle control systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in software architecture and development for embedded systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of vehicle control systems and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems and embedded software development.
- Knowledge of communication interfaces like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.
- Previous experience in leading software development teams is a plus.
- AWS certification is a plus.
